3 PARRAMATTA SQUARE PROJECT 1
Walker Corporation is the owner and developer of the four buildings you see in the photo on the left. Through recommendation Belway Constructions was asked directly by Walker Corp to tender for a D&C contract. This was our first project for Walker Corp. The project consisted of the design and construction of the ground floor external eatery zone for the length of the building. We completed the project just over a year ago.
6&8 PARRAMATTA SQUARE PROJECT 2
In recent months we were requested by Walker Corp once again to tender for the latest building which is currently under construction and nearing completion. We were awarded the contract in recent weeks and have been working tirelessly with the relevant consultants to meet our obligations. The level of finishes for these projects is extremely high with materials coming from all over the world which we have procured.
